Crazy July (so far!)

Hello Farm Friends,

Sorry this is a bit later in the day, but it has been a wild and crazy kind of Monday…weekend actually…ok well all of July so far has been wild! This past Saturday as we were preparing to leave for the market, Jim noticed that our ram sheep were not in the correct pasture. Upon further inspection our new ram, Zebra, was missing and our other ram had markings of being bitten and harassed by dogs. Jim and I both left for the market with hearts heavy and minds full of questions. When we returned home however there was Zebra in the pasture with our other ram. Zebra suffered some bites and is still quite sore. Hopefully he will get a clean bill of health from the veterinarian today after his checkup. Lots of other farm and non farm things have kept us occupied from computer problems to just basic life schedules…so we hope you will pardon the lateness and the shortness of this newsletter!

Have a wonderful week!

Picture of the Week

Thought you might like to see how high up Arthur the kitten was a week ago! That silly kitten just kept climbing higher and higher…fortunately we were able to get him down and hopefully he learned a little something about trees! To see this week's photo, please click on the following link.

Have a super week!
